COVERAGES:

Eligibility: Minimum Entry Age: 18 Years for Adults and 1 day for children
Maximum Entry Age: 65 Years for Adults and 25 Years for children

Individual and Family Floater Option is available. Maximum 2 Adults & 2 Children can be insured under a Family floater policy

Policy Tenures: 3 ½ months, 6 ½ months and 9 ½ months

Flexi Sum Insured Option: Sum Insured Option from INR 50,000 to INR 5,00,000 in multiples of INR 50,000

Covid-19 Hospitalization Cover: Medical expenses incurred for Hospitalization of the Insured Person during the Policy period for the treatment of Covid-19 including the expenses incurred on treatment of any comorbidity shall be covered.

Home Care Treatment Expenses: Cover costs of treatment incurred by the Insured person on availing treatment at home for Covid-19 on Positive diagnosis of Covid-19 in a government authorized diagnostic centre maximum up to 14 days per incident.

AYUSH Treatment Cover: Cover medical expenses incurred for Inpatient Care treatment for Covid-19 under Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy systems of medicines.

Pre-Hospitalisation - Covers medical expenses incurred for 15 days immediately before the hospitalization/ home care treatment.

Post-Hospitalisation - Covers medical expenses incurred for 30 days after the discharge from the Hospital or post completion of home care treatment.

Option to select Hospital Daily Cash Cover: 0.5% of sum insured per day for each 24 hours of continuous hospitalization payable maximum up to 15 days.

Avail tax benefits under section 80D of Income Tax Act 1961

WAITING PERIODS:

Expenses related to the treatment of Covid-19 within 15 days from the policy commencement date shall be excluded.

PRE-POLICY CHECK-UP:

The Pre-policy check-up is based on the Sum Insured and Age band.
